Incidental Take Authorization: Eglin AFB Precision Strike Weapons and Air-to-Surface Gunnery Exercises (2014-2019)

NOAA Fisheries has issued regulations under the MMPA and a Letter of Authorization (LOA) to the U.S. Department of the Air Force, Headquarters 96th Air Base Wing, Eglin Air Force Base, for authorization to take marine mammals, by harassment, incidental to testing and training activities associated with Precision Strike Weapon and Air-to-Surface gunnery missions at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, from approximately June 2013 to June 2018.
